THE HOUSE

Turtle Watch is beautifully decorated with updated, comfortable furniture and decor from beach spots all over the globe to give you that homey vibe. There are several areas to tuck away and relax with a book, sway in a hammock, gather for games or just be in the moment in the upstairs' library. Oh....and that view! There are 2 sundecks, a large screened in porch, office and plenty of seating on both levels. Find HBO and a whole host of on-demand TV in the comfy Living Room & Master Bedroom.

Turtle Watch comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in FIVE gorgeous bedrooms, all with Smart TVs. Extremely comfortable beds are in every room and the upper loft. Beds (2) Kings (2) Queens (1) twin/double bunk (1) and a daybed have high-quality mattresses, good thread linens and "non - lumpy" pillows, four on every bed. There are (2) sets of bath, hand and face towels in each room. Additional fleece covers in every bedroom in the closet or in winter months, put on the beds to keep everyone warm.

The open living area boasts a beautifully-upgraded and fully-stocked kitchen with gas stove top in the island for easy cooking. There are: blenders, choppers, toasters, 12 cup and 1 cup Keurig coffee makers, baking and roasting dishes, pots, pans, casserole dishes and place settings for up to 14ppl. Everything you need for cooking & entertaining is right here!

Turtle Watch Beach House provides ample beach and activity accessories. (5) beach chairs, (2) umbrellas, (6) Beach towels, an array of beach buckets, pales, shovels for building sandcastles, beach paddle ball, (4) frisbees, and a tub of baby water toys including an inflatable baby pool!

The private beach access walkway is key to a beach front home. Melanie put in an IPE Brazilian hardwood boardwalk, right out to the beach with very smooth surfaces so NO SPLINTERS!

The two sun decks, one on the 3rd floor for privacy and one along the Boardwalk between the house and the beach are great seating areas or for private sunbathing, and the large, comfortable screened-in porch off of the main living area is a necessity for coastal living.
